The undersigned, as~personal representative of the estate

of Paul Dennis Browning, deceased, alleges: -
1. The decedent, PAUL DENNIS BROWNING, a resident of St. '

Lucie County, Florida, died on July 23, 1977, and Letters of ;

Administration were issued to Petitioner on January 4, 1978. ~
_2. Petitioner f iles herewith a final accounting containing ~

complete Xeports of all receipts and disbursements since the ~
commencement of administration of this estate. #
. .

3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making
payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and j
~
~
debts .that were presented, aryd by paying or making provisions for
the payment of all taxes and-expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to ~
; the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants, appraisers {
; ~
i or other agents, employed by the personal representative is set ~
i
E forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. . ~

~ 5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns, ~
~ ~
~ with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Re- ~
~ venue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with ~
~ this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obliga- ~
~
~ tion for both Federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
~ 6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of
~ the assets of this estate as set forth in the Schedule of Distri- ~
~

bution attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
