8. Any objection to the accounting, the compensation paid or
proposed to be paid, or the proposed distribution of assets ;
must be filed within 30 days from the date of service hereof.

9. Petitioner requests that all proceeds to be distributed ;
to the minor children of the decedent be distributed to their ;

respective guardians to be used in their discretion for the ~

benefit of the minor children. It is also requested that since =

the minor's share is less than $5,000.00, that the guardian be ~

relieved from having to file an annual accounting.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that, after satisfactory proof
has been presented that distribution has been made in accordance

with the schedule of distribution and that claims of creditors ~

have been paid or otherwise disposed of, an Order be entered dis- i
charging Petitioner as personal representative of this estate and
f
releasing the surety on any bond~which petitioner may have posted

in this proceeding from any further liability. ~
