COMES NOW your Petitioner, FEDERICO MACIA, M. D, , as Persona.l
Representative, and as Surviving Spouse and Beneficiary of the Decedent; and
prays for a full, final and complete disbursemerit of the abundance of the cap-
tioned Estate, and submits: ~
1. The balance of the monies, to-wit: Seventeen Thousand One Hundred
Three &?8/ 100 Dollars ($17,.103. ?8) being held by First Federal Savings and
Loan Association of Fort Pierce, in and for the account of the captioned Estate,
represents the bala~ce of the Estate funds which were recovered by way of
; earlier settlemerrt concerning the Decedeirt's Wrongful Death.

i 2. Your Petitioner desires to go no further in pursuit of recovery for

~ Decedent's Wrongful Death as against Volkswagen (Volkswagen of Ameri+ca,
I arui other foreign entities), and therefore, desires and ~so requests this Honor-

~ able Court for a leave to disburse and distribute the aforesaid sum of $17, 103. 78,
all pursuant to the attached letter of December 11, 1978, from First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce.
3. Your Petitioner knows of no claims, debts or interest of any other
party or person in and to the remaining assets of the Estate. ~
