THIS CAUSE having come an to be heard.on Personal
Representative's Petition for Final and Complete Distribution,
and it appearing:
1. That the balance of moneys in First Federal Savings &
Loan Association of Fort Pierce, in the sum of Seventeen Thousand
One Hundred Three and 78/100 ($17,103.?8) Dollars, plus accrued
interest from December 1, 1978, represents the net proceeds due -
Federico Macia as the surviving spouse and sole beneficiary herein
there being filed of record waivers of any interest that the
children of Decedent.may have.
2. That there are no creditors, fun~eral expenses and
expense of last illness having been paid, it is then '
ORDERED and ADJUDGED_that the aforesaid moneys held in

deposit by First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Fort Pierce
~ be and they are hereby directed to be disbursed to Federico Macia, ;

` M.D., as sole beneficiary of this Estate - there being no debts or _

~ other costs incident to these Probate proceedings that have not =7 ~
