in the office of the Clerk ~of the Circuit Court in and for the County of $t. Lucie
State of Florida, in 0_ R. Book Z~g Page ~ ~ 84 , granted a~id conveyed unto FIRST FE~ERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PlERCE and assigns, the premises therein particutarly described,
to secure the payme~t of the sum of

wit interes as therein mentioned:

TAMARA ELLISON, Unmarried surviving widow of Robert G. Ellison ~
requested the said FIRST FEOERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE fo release the prem-
~ses hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, f~om the lien and operatio~ of said Mort-
gage:
NOW. THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEUERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and othe~ good and valuable con-
sideration dolla~s, to it in hand paid by the said
TAMARA EILISION, Unmarried surviving widow of Robert G. Ellison
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, dces remise, relase, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the -lien and operation of said mo~tgage unto the said
ROBERT G. ELLISON AND TAMARA ELLISON, HIS WIFE
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said
mortgage, to-wit:
Camience at a point on the West boundary line of Indian River and 175.56 feet
North of the South line of Government Lot l, Section 29, Township 36 South,Range .
41 East, and run West parallel to last said Government Lot 1 line 110 feet to the
East right of way line of Indian River Drive; thence Northwesterly along said ~
right of way line of Indian River Drive 93.02 feet, thence East parallel to said
South line of Government Lot 1 a distance of 115 feet more or less to the West
boundary of Indian River;~thence Southeasterly along the West boundary of Indian
River to point of beginning . Also commence at a point on the West right of way
line of Indian River Drive 175.56 feet North of aforesaid South line of Government
Lot~l and run West parallel to last said lot line 200 feet; thence Northwesterly
and parallel to Indian River Drive 104.52 feet; thence 200 feet East and parallel
to said South line of Government Lot 1 to the west right of way of Indian Rtver
Drive; thencE ScctheastFr-ly along said right of way line 164.52 feet to point of
beginning, reserving to the grantors, his successor and assigns, easement for
li roads in and to the North 10 feet of said tract. -

~ E2 of NE; of Section 30, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, thence North 0° 15'
3 West 180.84 feet; thence North 89° 30' East 2983.20 feet to Indian River; thence
~ Southeasterly along the shore of Indian River to the point of beginning, EXCEPTING
RIGHT OF WAY for F.E.C. Railway and public roads.
TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said
TAMARA ELLISON, Unmarried surviving widow of Robert G. Ellison
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part
thereof; Provided, aiways, neveriheless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or
~ diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged
