WHSRSAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Lavs of
Florida, 1965, on the 12th day of January, 1973, filed a lien
aqainst any propert~r ow.ned by WILLIAM LEE DUDLEY, 1008 N. 22nd
Street,~Fort Pierce, Florida in the amount of $385.42, said lien
, beinq recorded in OR Book 209 at page 2823 of the public records ~
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said lien has been paid in full and should be
discharged and satisfied of record, _
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis- ~
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meetinq assembled this
6th day-of January, 1979 that said Board does hereby acknowledge
the payment and satisfaction of said lien and directs the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel the same of record. `
