A G R E E M E N T

THIS AGREEMENT, Made in triplicate, this day of
September, 1978, by, between and among ALLEN F. GREEN, JR. and
RONNIE'~. GREEN, as Trustees under the ALLEN F.~GREEN, SR. f
TRUST (hereinafter referred to as the "Green Trust") dated ~
May 15,.1978, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", as Party
~of the First Part, a copy of said Trust beinq hereto attached ~
as "Exhibit A"; ALLEN F. GREEN ENTERPRISES, a Limi~ted Partnership,
hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor", as Party of the Second~
Part, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF'FORT
PIERCE, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee", as Party
of the Third Part;
WITNESSETH: ' ~
WSEREAS, the Green Trust has heretofore receive the title -
~to the followinq described land in fee simple: ~
A part of Lot 9, Block 2, ST. LUCIE GARDENS, as-recorded -
in Plat Book 1, page 35, and being in Section 26, -
Tawnship 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie Caunty,
Florida, being nore particularly descri~ed 3s follows:

~ for U. S. Highway Number One (S.R. #5) and the West ~
; line of aforesaid Section 26, run South along the Section
~ line-a distance of 673.38 feet, thence on a 90°00' anqle {
` run East 132.366 feet to the point of beginning, thence '
~ continue East 220 feet to ~he West right of way line for

~ U. S. Highway Number One, thence~run Southeasterly along
said right of way 150 feet, thence run West parallel with :
the North line of the parcel being described a distance ~
. of 289.55 feet, thence on a 90°00' angle run North {

WHEREAS, the Green Trust did on the 2nd day of June, 1978,
lease the above described land to Al1en F. Green Enterprises, ~

a copy of said lease being hereunto attached as "Exhibit B"; and ~

~ the sum of $118,000.00 from Mortgagee in accordance with~a copy
