and possibly to procure a further advance of $15,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgaqee is willinq to make said loans to
Allen F. Green Enterprises solely upon cond~tion that the herein-
above described land is subordinated to the lien and operation of
. Mortqagee's mortqage; and.
WHEREAS, the Green Trust will stand to make substantial
monies in the way of rentals provided Al1en F. Green Enterprises
will construct a WENDY'S HAI~URGER RESTAURANT on the premises;
HOW, THEREFORTs, the premise stated and in the further
consideration of the sunt of $10.00, each to the other in hand
~"`aid, it is agreed as follows: .
l. The Allen F. Green, Sr., Trust does hereby subordinate ~
the fee simple title to the within described land unto the lien .
and operation of the mortgage to Mortgagee which has been duly
recorded in O. R. Book 292 at page 1865 of the public records
of St. I,ucie County, ~Florida.
2. The Allen F. Green, Sr. Trust joins in the execution of

this document for the sole and only purpose of subordinating its

~ said land to the lien and operation of Mortgagee's mortgaqe. ~

I ~ 3. Allen F. Green Enterprises does, by these present§, ~

agree to hold the Green Trust harmless of any personal liability
in connection herewith.
4. First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort
Pierce agrees to make said mortgage loan in accordance with the -

terms of its construction laan agreement with Allen F. Green j

Enterprises upon being furnished a policy of mortgagee title ~ ~

insurance in standard form; that-is, with no exception~ except ~
