THiS IRREVOCABLB TRUST ~?GREEMSNT. made and entered into this

hereinafter collectively referred to as "Trustees,"

I. PROPSRTY
The Donor hereby transfers, delivers and pays over to

transfer additional stock, securities, cash, personal property and
