issud suryiving, the trust share of s~id deceased beneficiary shall
pass to such issue in equal shares, and sh~ll be held IN TRUST,
subjec~ to the same terms, conditions and distribution dates as

(7) Distributions sha21 be in specie or in currency
in the Trustees' sole discretion. ~
IV. FINAL DISTRIBUTION AND TERMINATION .
A. This trust shall terminate twenty-five (25) years ~
from date hereof at which time the principal and accumulated income
~ shall be divided and distributed equally by the Trustees to all
beneficiaries after the paym~ent of all taxes, fees, expenses and
costs incurred by the trust. For all~sums so dispersed, the
Trustees shall have full acquittance. ~ -

B. The Trustees may, in their uncontrolled discretion,
tenainate any trust created hereunder when in their opinion the

principal amount thereof does not warrant the cost of continuinq

said trust, or its administration would be otherwise impractical. Upon '

such termination, the Trustees shall pay over the principal and
. accumulated income of tl~e trust to the beneficiary thereof or to '

~ their issue per stirpes.

~ V. POWERS OF TRUSTEES =
~ The Trustees shall be authorized to exercise, in their
discretion, all of the fiduciary powers contained in 5ection 35-618,

Tennessee Code Annotated (Public Acts of 1963, Chapter 110, Section 3), ;
and said Code section is hereby incorporated by reference in its `

entirety as campletely as if copied herein verbatim. In the event

the Legislature of the State of Tennessee amends or repeals any of ~

said section of the Tennessee Code Annotated, the fiduciary powers

as presently therein ccntained shall remain, without diminution or

~ restriction, theauthorized power of the Trustees.
