(4) To hold, promote, form, purchase and operate any
type of lawful business.enterprise either alone, in an
association with a person, persona, firn?, corporation or
other trust or as a partner, limited or qeneral, and to do
all things deemed necessary and proper in the conduct of a
business, includinq the sale, dissolution and/or liquidation
_ of the same, and,.in_general, to exercise eve=y riqht and
~ power as Trustees which~could be exercised by an individual
owner of such interest as may be held by~the Trustees.
(5) To contract for life insurance policies that are
payable.to the trust or trusts herein created, and to pay
the premiums on said policies from the principal or income ~
of said trust or trustsj. to accept any. assignment of life
insurance policies that may previously have-been contracted .
for by the Donor or any other person, and pay the premiums -
accruinq thereon, subsequent to such assignment, provided
the trust or trusts herein created, the Donor's estate or
the beneficiary or one of the remaindermen of those trusts is
the beneficiary thereof, or that the said policy is on the

; life of the beneficiary or one of the remaindermen of those

; trusts regardless~of who the beneficiary of said policy may be.

~ . (6) The whole or any part of the income or principal
~ paid hereunder to any minor-or to any other person who in the
opinion of the Trustees is incapacitated through illness, age or
other cause may be applied by the Trustees in their discretion
for such beneficiary's comfort, maintenance, support or~educatfon.
--Any such application may be made at such time and in such manner
as they deem advisable, whether by direct payment of such
beneficiary's expenses or by payment to a person selected by the

~ Trustees to receive payment for such beneficiary; in each case the

~ receipt of such person to whom payment is made oir entrusted shall
