gIII, ADDITIONAL AND SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES ~
A. In the event of the death, refusal or inability of
either of the named Trustees to serve, ROBERT 8. GREEN, shall serve
as s~rccessor Trustee with the other named Trustee. -
B. No sutcessor trustee or co-trustee appointed pursuant ,
to the foreqoinq.provisions shall be liable or responsible in any
way for any acts or defaults of any predecessor trustee or for
any acts.or defaults of a co-trustee prior to said~Trustee's
appointment, or for any loss or expense €rom or occasioned by ~
anythinq done or neqlected to be done by any predecessor trustee
or by a co-trustee prior to said Trustee's appointment, but such
successor trustee or co-trustee shall be liable only for his~own :
