This instrument releases said Condominium Parcel from the lien and
a 3~ security interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru- ~
ments of record modifying or supporting said Mortgages.

ro a~ Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated, and
3~~ discharged of and from the lien and security interest of the Mortgages

~~:d herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or dimi.nish the .ef- `
~~~~fect, lien, security interest, or encumbrance of the Mortgages on the ~
