KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
In corisideration of ten ($10.00) dolla•rs and other
good and valuable consideraton,s receipt of which are hereby
acknowledged, MANUEL ARVESU, does hereby acknowledge full and
complete satisfaction of that certain judgment heretofore
entered in the above styled cause in favor of the Plaintiff,
which final judgment is dated December 16, 1977., and filed
on December 20 , 1977, in official records book 9891 at
page 447 , of the public records of Dade~County, Florida,
and which judgment was also recorded on December 19, Z977,
in the public-records of Dade County, Florida, under clerk's
file number 77R-313488, and which now appears on official
recbrds book 9890 at page 2414, of the public records of Dade _
County, Florida, and which judgment was also recorded on
April 4, 1978, in the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, under clerk's file number 398840, and which ~now
appears in official records book 284, at page 1594-of the
public recoreds of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The Clerk of the above styled court is hereby authorized
and directed to note the full and complete satisfaction and
cancellation of the judgment hereinabove referred to.
