- FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for_hearing on February 7, 1979, and the Court
having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject ,
matter of this suit; that the r~lationship.of husband and wife now
exists between the parties, and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between THO~iAS A. BASHAW and
JANET L. BASHAW be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the garties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony ~
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The husband shall receive the following described
property which was previously the joint property of the parties:
a. That real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, at
I99 S. E. Chapman Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida, more particularly
described as follows: ~
Lot 1, Block 701, Port St. Lucie Section 18,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 13, Page_17 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The wife shall execute and within fifteen (15) days deliver to
• Roger N. Messer, Attorney for the Husband, a deed granting to the
husband all of her interest in said real property. This deed shall ~
not be recorded until two years from the date of this judgment, or
