~The husband shall be requirEd to execute and fifteen (15) days from ~
the date of this judgment deliver to J. Michael Brennan. Esquire,
Attorney for Wife a deed giving over to the Wife any interest which he
may have in said real propert~. The wi,fe shall be responsible for all
mortgage payments on this property in the future.
b. The wife is to receive the 1977 Oldsmobile automobile which was
previously the joint property of the parties. The husband is ordered
to execute any documents necessary~to transfer.the title of said auto-
mobile to the wife. The wife shall be responsible for all payments due
on said automobile from the date of this final~judgment forward.
c. The wife shall receive all formerly joint personal property
of the parties not specifically awarded to tt~e husband herein.
d. The wife shall receive the right to reside in the Port
St. Lucie home, more particularly described in the paragraph above for
two years from the date of this judgment. Should the wife move from
the premises prior to that time and take up residence at another
location, the husband shall have the right to.record his deed and take
possession of the Port St. Lucie home at that time.
4. REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY. The husband shall pay to the wife the
~ sum of $312.50 per month for 24 months as rehabilitative alimony. The

€ first payment shall be due 1?iarch l, 1979, and each subsequent payment

~ shall be due on the first day of each month thereafter.
5. PERAiANENT ALIMONY. Tne court awards no permanent alimony to
either party.
6. ATTORNEY'S FEE. The husband is ordered to pay to
J. Michael Brennan, Esquire, a reasonable attorney's fee in the amount
of $2,000 for said attorney's representation of the wife herein.
7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be ~
