ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on for a final hearing upon Petitioner's
Amended Complaint and Respondent's Answer there~o. Petitioner
was represented by Andrew A. Graham, and Respondent was ~
represented by Vincent Lloyd. The Court heard the testimony
_ of the parties, considered evidentiary exhibits and argument
counsel. Based thereon, and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, the Court finds:
1. That Respondent's salary at the time of rendition ~
of the Final Judgment of Divorce was between $175 and $235
; per week. '
; 2. That Respondent's current salary is $325 per week.
I 3. That inflation has affected Respondent's salary

~ to the extent that his current salary is approximately the
~ ' .
same as his former salary as far as buying power is concerned. _

~ 4. That, therefore, there has been no change in circwn-
~ stance upon which a modification of child support could be -
~ based. ~

~ 5. That Respondent has presented no reason to excuse
~ his failure to pay child support for his daughter during the . ~
