FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
This cause came on for trial on the 5th day of Febr~uary,
1979, and both parties being present with counse2, andthia court having
heard ttie testimony and evidence of the parties and haying given
full consideration to all the evidence, and being fully advised in
the premises, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction .
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husbaad and wife now eaists bet~een the parties; and, that the
marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DIS~SOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DIANE
MILLBR and THOMAS H. MILLER be and the same-is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of t~hem are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom. ~
2. CUSTODY. Custodq of ALANA MILLER, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to DIANB MILLER, the wife, with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to T80MAS A. MILLER, the husband.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the lst day of March, 1979, THOMAS ~
H. MILLER shall pay to DIANE MILLER the sum of $195.00 each and
everq month for the support of the child named above. Each payment
shall~be made to-the Clerk of this Court on the lst day of each
month and by him remitted promptly ta.DIANE MILLER ~ In addition
there is hereassessed the sum of $2.b0 as statutory cests to be added ~

to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to iceep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailfng
and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
