jurisdiction of the subject matter and the parties and that a
proper Stipulation has been entered and executed by all partie

1. That the $1,050.00 which has been placed in the
registry of the Court with Roger Poitras, Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida represents all of the past
~ due payments from the Defendants to .the Plaintiffs through

is hereby directed to disburse the full amount of the $1,050.0 i
