full amount of $600.00 to John Edgar Sherrard on or before }
February 20, 1979 then a Writ of Execution shall be immediatel ~
issued for the full amount of $600.00, said Writ being in
favor of John Edgar Sherrard against Gary J. Jackson and
- _ Yvonne Jackson, his wife.
3. .This cause is hereby dismissed with prejudice
but specifically noting that Plaintiffs reserve the right to
initiate foreclosure proceedings should the Defendants default
under the terms of the mortgage and note being the subject of
this suit after January 10, 1979 and that this dismissal faith
prejudice in not way precludes the Plaintiffs from filing such
an action fora future default under the terms of-the mortgage
