THIS CAUSE came on to be heard by the court on the pending motions herein and the court having heard.argument~of counsel, rules as follows; I. MOTION OF DEFENDANTS, VINCENT MOLINA, M.D. AND ANTONIO V. HERNANDEZ, M.D. TO DESIGNATE MEDICAL SPECIALTY -No objection was raised to this motion and,. accordingly, - the court designates the medical specialty herein as anesthesiology. II. MOTION TO EXTEND TIME FOR MEDIATION The court withholds ruling on this pending motion until specific grounds for an extension are presented by motion to the F court, it appearing to the court that this motion is premature at this time. g - III. CLAIMANT'S MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER (a) Paragraph 1 of said motion as it relates to the t production of all reports concerning the physical condition of the claimant subsequent to January 3, 1977, is rendered moot in that counsel for the claimant agreed at the hearing to produce all said reports at his office during any working day upon 24 hours. notice by counsel for VINCENT MOLINA, M.D. Upon said notice all reports concerning the physical condition of the claimant shall be delivered K to a representative of counsel for VINCENT MOLINA, M.D., to be copied and thereafter returned to counsel for the claimant. gooK~3U3 ~ac~1078
