(c) Paragraph 2 of said motion for protective order is ' granted and claimant shall not be required to submit to a compulsory physical examination. i (d) Paragraph 3 of~said motion .for protective order is denied to the extent that claimant's counsel shall within 30 days of this order answer all questions related to actionable negligence, it being noted that the interrogatories objected to were the inter- rogatories propounded by the defendant, ANTONIO V. HERNANDEZ, M.D. At the hearing counsel for the claimant agreed to timely answer all of the interrogatories as propounded by counsel for the defendant, VINCENT MOLINA, M.D. DONE AND ORDERED at Ft.
