O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Plaintiff's Motion
for Order Compelling Compliance with Stipulation for Injunctive Re-
lief~and for Appointment of Receiver and the court having received
evidence and having heard the argument of counsel and being fully •
advised in the premises, it is herein
. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That a temporary restraining order is herein entered
restraining and enjoining the Defendants, TREASURE COAST BUILDERS,
INC., LANDP0I~ER INVESTMENTS, INC. and RICHARD FLANZBAUM from conveying

or mortgaging any property which they own or have an interest in. That

~ said temporary restraining order shall be in effect upon the posting
of the bond described below in Paragraph 3, and shall remain in effect

2. That the Plaintiff is entitled to.the appointment of a
receiver to take possession of all lands, goods, assets, moneys and
effects of the Defendants, TREASURE COAST BUILDERS, INC., LANDPOWER

INVESTMENTS, INC. and RICHARD FLANZBAUM; and to inventory, protect

and preserve the same. The court, by further .order, shall appoint the
individual who shall serve as receiver and will further define the
duties and responsibilities of the receiver.
