LAST WILL AND"TESTAMENT
OF
PEARL DuBOSE
I, PEARL DuBOSE, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do hereby
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
and hereby revoke any and. all other Wills and Codicils hereto-
fore made by me.

I direct that all my just debts and funeral expen e
paid as soon after my death as convenient.
II.
All of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
I devise, in equal shares, per capita, to my children, VIRGINIA
FINNEY, 233 Beechwood Circle, LaGrange, Georgia, 30240, and
THOiMAS Du80SE, 2510 Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida,
33450.
III.
I appoint my children, VIRGINIA FINNEY and THOMAS DuBOSE,
as personal representatives of my estate, without bond, and grant
unto them, in addition to the powers conferred by the laws of the ~

State of Florida, the power, without Court Order, to sell all or
any part of the real property at any time belonging to my estate, E
at public or private sale, for cash or on terms.
