SEA PINES TO~VER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATIONv, INC.
A Corporation Not for Profit
- The undersigned officers of Sea Pines Tower
Condominium Association, Inc., a-Corporation not for
profit, hereby file these Articles of Amendment in order
to amend the Corporation's Articles of Incorporation as
set forth beloer.
ARTICLE I -
Article I of the Articles of'Incorporation of Sea
j Pines Tower Condominium Association, Inc. is hereby
deleted and the following is substituted therefor:
"ARTICLE I.
The name of the corporation shall be:
SEA PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, ZNC. (the
"Association"):'
ARTICLE II
The foregoing Amendment to the Articles of Incorpora-
tion of this Corporation was duly adopted by all of the

Directors of the Corporation at a meeting duly held on
October 6, 1978, and duly adopted by the owners of not

less than 75$ of the units in the Condominium at a special
