COMES NOW, your affiant, GEORGE W. SOMMER, who
being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. He is a practicing attorney in Stuart, Martin ~ F.
County, Florida and has been so engaged since 1968
2. He represents VICTORY CONSTRUCTION, INC., a
Florida Corporation and in fact did the legal work necessary for
incorporation.
3. VICTORY CONSTRUCTION, INC. was duly incorporated ,
under the laws of the State of Florida on March 22, 1971 and has
f(Ibeen a corporation in good standing to date.
!i 4. That a certain deed recorded at O.R. Book 271,

~~state that VICTORY CONSTRUCTION, INC. was a Florida Corporation;

~~however, this was an omission and that the deed should have .
(I stated that VICTORY CONSTRUCITON, INC. was a Florida Corporation
at the time the instrument was executed and recorded.
