COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
This indenture, made and enteYed into this day of
February, 1979, by and between O.C. PETERSON and OLIVE D. PETERSON,
his-wife, Grantors, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a political subdivision
of the Stat$ of Florida, Grantee:
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Grantors have applied for permission to record a
subdivision plat of certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida t~o -
be known as Dark Hammock Estates, Unit Two, more particularly
described in Schedule "A", which is attached hereto and by reference
made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, Grantors have submitted with their request a plan for
installation of roads, drainage and other improvements of said land;
and
-
WHEREAS, the resolutions of St. Lucie County, Florida, require
the Grantors to cobaply with Regulations for Filing Plats and
Developing. Subdivisions in St. Lucie County and Standard Specifications
for Public Works Construction and post suitable security to assure
that said improvements will be completed as planned and approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other good
and valuable consideration, Grantors hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, convey and confirm unto Grantee all-that certain land of
which Grantors are now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described in Schedule "B", which
~ is attached hereto and by reference made.a part hereof.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that on compliance with each and every one

of the provisions of the Regulations for Filing Plats and Developing
Subdivisions in St. Lucie County and-Standard Specifications for
Public Works Construction, as the same pertains to the lands of
Grantors mere particularly. described in Schedule "A", the estate
f
