authorized to administer oaths and take acknowledgments, George A.- Playforth,

Ohio 44406, who, after being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and

i says that he is the surviving spouse of Clara I. Playforth who died December
I{ 13 , 1978 in Austintown Township (Youngstown) Mahoning County, Ohio; that on
July 9, 1956, George A. Playforth and Clara I. Playforth, husband and wife,
purchased the hereinafter described property, deed to which-was recorded_in

i~ the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida April 5, 1956 in Deed Book
I 212 Pages 369-370 and a correcting deed recorded August 2, 1956 in Deed Book
217 Pages 87-88; that from the date of said purchase until the death of Clara
I. Playforth there was never an intervening divorce and they were husband and

wife at the time of the demise of Clara I. Playforth-and that they were never
4~ divorced at any time and that the description of the hereinabove referred to

,I property is as follows: to-wit:

~i Situated in the County of St. Lucie and State
of Florida known as Lots 9 and l0, Block 1 of

~ - Indian River Estates Subdivision Unit 1, a sub
~ ' division according to the Plat thereof, recorded
~ in Plat Book 10 at Page 43 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
