by Robert D. Simonson, Sandra Gay Simonson and Dorothy L Whetsel as sub-
scribing and attesting witnesses, accompanies this petition.
10. Decedent's will does nat direct administration as required by
Chapter ?33, Florida Statutes.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate and
a
an order of family administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in
the estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph 7 of this petition.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the foregoing and the
facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge and belief.
