WHEREAS, HUTCHINSON ISLAND LI1+IiTED PARTNERSHIP, ylortgagor,
by Indenture of lortgage bearing date the 15th day of August, a.D., 1978, and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the .Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, in Official Records Book 292. Page 1643, mortgaged unto THE FIRST
NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, national association and assigns, Mortgagee, the
premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of THREE t
MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND and NO/100s (53,050,000.00) DOLLARS, with interest as

WHEREAS, ;1r[ortgagor executed a Uniform Commercial Code Financing
Statement filed on September 8, 1978, with the Secretarg of State, State of Florida,
' under File No. 929816; and
WHEREAS, the said HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP has
requested the said TiiE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO to release the
premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lier.
and operation of said Mortgage:
