by Indenture of l~iortgage bearing date the 15th day of August, A.D., 1978, and recorded -
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, in Official Records Book 292, Page 1643, mortgaged unto T1:E FIRST
NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, national ac4ociation and assigns, lrlortgagee, tha
premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of '~'HRI:E
MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND and NO/100s (53,050,000.00) DOLLARS, with interest as
therein mentioned; and
SVHEREAS, Mortgagor executed a Uniform Commercial Code F:rancir~t
Statement filed on August 16, 1378, and recorded in Official Record Book 292 at ?age
1658, of the Puolie Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and ~
WHEREAS, lsortgagor executed a Uniform Commercial Code Financing
Statement filed on September 8, 1978, with the Secretary of State, State of Florida,
under File No. 929816; and
WHEREAS, the said HUTCHINSON ISLAND LI;ViITED PARTNERSHIF has
requested the said THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO to release the
premises hereinafter described, being part. of said mortgaged premises, from ti:e lien
and operation of -said ?Mortgage: -
