(22) Notices given hereunder shall be sent by certified mail, unless otherwise required by law, and addreu, unless and
until some other address is designated in a ooda so given, is the case of the Government to Fumen Home Administntion at
Gainesville, Florida 32601, and in the case of Borrower to litm at the address shown in the Farmer Home Administration '
Finance Office records (which normally will be the same as the post office sddress shown above).
(23) Borrower will at all times properly fertilize, cultivate, care for, and maintain in a productive condition all the grove
and orchard trees now on the property or hereaher pplanted thereon, and will protect the groves and orchards against loss or
damage by fue by making and rnaintsining proper fuebnaks oa and wound the property, to the satisfaction of the Government,
and in the event Borrower fails so to do, the Government is hereby authorized and empowered to enter in and upon the
ppremises and to fertilize, cultivate, can for, and. place in a productive condition the groves and orchuds and make and maintain
fuebreaks on and wound the same and the cost and a:pease thereof shall be paid by Borrower immodutely upon presentation
of an itemized statement thereof and if not so paid same may be paid by the Government, in accordance with and subject to
the provisions of this mortgage; and Borrower will not top•work the grove or orchard trees without fast obtaining the written
consent of the Government.
(24) If any provision of this instrunseitt nor application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such
invalidity will not affect othsr provisions or applications of the instrument which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to that endthe provisions hereof are declared to be severable.
