On the Petition of WAYNE S. JONES for Summary Administration
of the Estate of LEWIS A. DINKINS, deceased, the Court finding that ,
the decedent died on the 11th day of September, 1978; that all
interested persons have 3oined in the Petition filed herein; that
the material allegations of the Petition are true; and that an Order
of Sim®ary Administration should be entered, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of
the assets of the decedent as follows:
