PETITION FOR DISCHARGE The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above estate, alleges: 1. The decedent, EDNA N. GROVES, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on May 23, 1978, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on the 9th day of August, 1978. 2. Petitioner filed herewith either a final accounting con- taining a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the commencement of administration. of this estate or since the date of the last accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers signed by all inter- • ested persons, other than Petitioner, waiving the filing of a final accounting. 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment, settlement or othor disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses of administration. 4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or other agents, employed by the personal representative has been waived by Personal Representative, the sole heir at law,.by assignment previous- ly filed herein. 5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with i the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligation for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any. ~ ~ 6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution•of -the assets of this estate as set fort}t in the schedule of distribution attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A". (~~.SO, receipt of i beneficiary.) 7. That there are no other interested persons, other than Petitioner, having a_n interest in -this proceeding. That the sole heir s at law of decedent is decedent's mother, ALICE PARKER NOBLE, who has assigned all of her right, title and interest in the estate as bene- } ficiary.unto BEATRICE N. HOSMANN, your Petitioner, and sister of dece- t dent and daughter of sole heir at law, which Assignment has been pre- viously filed in this cause. 8. Any objections to the accounting,- the compensation paid ~ x or proposed to be paid, or the-proposed distribution of assets, must be filed within thirty (30) days from the date of service hereof.
