SCHEDULE OF ASSETS AND
DISTRIBUTION
Petitioner proposes the distribution of the following assets
to the sole heir at law, by Assignment filed herein, to BEATRICE N.
HOSMANN:
1. 1973 Chevrolet Automobile
2. Household Furnishings and Fixtures pertaining ~ item 5 below. ~
3. Seventy-two (72) shares of The Southern New England
Telephone Company stock
4. One hundred seventy (170) shares of Aetna Life and
Casualty Co. stock.
5. Apartment No. 106, Building VII, of Island House
Condominium, Phase II
and your Petitioner hereby acknowledges receipt of the above assets
of said decedent's estate.
