ORDER OF DISCHARGE
This proceedings was heard on the Petition for Discharge,
Waivers and Consents of beneficiary and Receipt by beneficiary, filed
herein, on the Estate of EDNA N. GROVES, deceased, and the Court
finding that the Estate has been properly distributed, that claims
of creditors have been paid or otherwise disposed of, and that the
Personal Representative should be discharged, it is, therefore,
ADJUDGED that: -
1. The Petitioner for Discharge and Receipt and Schedule
of Distribution of the Personal Representative is ap-
proved: copy of Receipt and Schedule attached hereto.
2. The Personal Representative is hereby discharged.
3. The surety on the Personal Representative's bond is
released of further liability on it, if any.
4. The estate- is declared to be fully administered and
