SCHEDULE OF ASSETS AND ,
DISTRIBUTION
Petitioner proposes the distribution of the following assets
to the sole heir at law, by Assignment filed herein, to BEATRICE N.
HOSMANN:
1. 1973 Chevrolet Automobile

3. Seventy-two (72) shares of The Southern New England '
Telephone Company stock ti
4. One hundred seventy~(170) shares of Aetna Life and
Casualty Co. stock.
- 5. Apartment No. 106, Building VII, of Island House
. Condominium, Phase Ii ~
and your Petitioner hereby acknowledges receipt of the above assets
of said decedent's estate.
