1. Petitioners has an interest in the-above estate as -
surviving spouse of the .decedent. The name and address is as set
forth in paragraph 3 and the name and address of her attorney is
as set forth at the-end of this petition.
2. Decedent, HERBERT C. HALLERAN, whose last known
address-was 1509 Boston Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, and, if -
known, whose age was 75 years and whose social security number is
266-76-3576 died on December 26, 1978, at Fort Pierce, Florida,
and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
