the trial of the above matter presently scheduled for February 19,
1979 at 9:30 A.M., on the grounds that the appraisal witnesses
for both parties in this condemnation proceedings are unavailable r
to testify during the trial period, and request the entry of an
Order granting a continuance and requesting that the trial be
re-schec~led b~-the Court for April 16, 1979 at 9:30 A.Ai.
