Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise

appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins. electric heating and lighting plants. lighting fixtures, power mschirtery,
plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other elevators, inducting passenger and other elevators, vesetiau
blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutter, now or hereafter bated b the building upon said land, and all other

And the mortgagor covenants with the Mortgagee, that the Mortgagor has full power and lawful right to convey _
