4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
decedent owned real property located in~St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. JULIA E. ROGERS, whose address is above and who is
qualified under the laws of .the State of Florida to serve as personal
representative of decedent's Estate is entitled to preference in
appointment as~personal representative because she is one of the -
duly qualified and acting personal representatives of the domiciliary
Estate and has been selected by the other persons entitled to act as
personal representative.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
Estate sub3ect_to probate in the State of Florida are:

Personal Property: None
7. Domiciliary probate proceedings are known to be pending
in Elkhart County, State of Indiana. Letters Testamentary have been
issued by the Elkhart Circuit Court, Elkhart County, Indiana, to
DANIEL E. LOGAN, MERLE M. DUNNUCK and JULIA E~. ROGERS, whose addresses
f are set forth above.
8. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 9.
9. An authenticated copy of the decedent's last Will probated
in Elkhart County, Indiana, which Will complies with §732.502(1) and
§732.502(2), Florida Statutes, accompanies this Petition together
with authenticated copies of the domiciliary probate proceedings.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be
admitted to probate and that the Petitioner be appointed personal

representative of the Florida Estate of the decedent and that no
bond or other security be required.
