NINA EVA LOGAN
I, Nina Eva Logan, presently residing at. 205-1/2 E. Lincoln Avenue,
in the City of Goshen, County of Elkhart and State of Indiana being of sound
and disposing mind, memory and intent do hereby make, publish and declare
this my last vvfll and do hereby revoke any and all prior wills and codicils
thereto by me heretofore made. .
ITEM I
I do hereby direct that as soon following my death as is convenient
without sacrifice to my estate my executor shall pay all of my just debts
- and obligations, expenses of last illness and burial and expenses of
administration. of my estate. -
ITEM II
If my husband shall survive me, I do hereby give, devise and bequeath
to him all furniture, household goods, tools, automobiles and personal effects
not including any items of intangible personal property in which I have an
If interest at my death and also excluding any income producing goods, equipment
or chattels which I may own at the time of my death.
ITEM. III -
In the event, my husband, Ralph E. Logan, survives me, I do hereby
give, devise and bequeath the entire rest, residue and remainder of my estate
of whatever nature and wherever situate to my trustee hereinafter named as
trustee for the following uses and purposes:
(a) The net income therefrom shall be paid to my husband, Ralph E.
Logan, in installments not less frequently than quarter-annually.
} (b) If from time to tithe the amount payable to my said husband
