of whatever nature pertaining to any securities held and to. grant proxies
discretionary or otherwise in respect thereof and they shall have the power

to do all acts, to take all proceedings and to exercise all rights and privileges
although not hereinabove specifically mentioned in relation to property held
as if they were the absolute owners thereof and in connection therewith to
enter into any covenant or agreements binding the estate or trust estate and
they shall have full power to determine whether money or other property -
coming into their hands concerning which there may be any doubt shall be
considered as a part of the principal or income of the estate or trust estate
and to apportion between such principal and income any loss or expenditure t

in connection with the estate or trust estate as to them may seem just and
equitable and they shall have the power to hold assetB in bearer form or. in the x
name of a trustee or in the name of their nominee or nominees without disclosing
- any fiduciary relationship, to accept additions to the trust which are made to _
them by will or -by deed or otherwise and administer such additions as though
they were a part of the original trust provided by this will. ~ -
(b) My executors and trustees shall further have the right to receive,
accept, and administer. as a .part of the trust any money or property from any
source whatsoever.

(c) No purchaser from. or other person dealing with my executors
or trustees shall be responsible for the application of the purchase money
or other thing of value paid or delivered to them but the receipt of my executors
or trustee shall be a full discharge nor shall any person be under obligation
to inquire into the power of my executors or trustee to deal with any property
of my estate ~or trust estate. - -
