any reason fait to qualify to act as such executor, then I do hereby nominate
and appoint Daniel E. Logan, Merle M. Dunnuck and Julia E. Rogers, cu-executors
of this my last will. In any event, I do hereby direct that no bond or other
security shall be required of any of them as a requisite to acting as executors
except in the minimum amount considered by the Court having probate
jurisdiction of my estate as necessary to protect creditors and taxing
authorities.
ITEM IX _
I do hereby nominate and appoint, the First National Bank of Goshen,
Indiana, its successor or successors by any merger, conversion or consolidation
as trustee of the trust herein established.
