11. The original of the decedent's last will, dated October 19,

is in the possession of the above court or accompanies this petition.
12. Decedent's will does not direct administration as required by Chapter 733, Florida
Statutes. Petitioners request that the decedent's last will be admitted to probate. and an order of
summary administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in tltie estate in accordance with
the schedule set forth in.paragraph 9 of this petition. -
