I, TURNER COATS, SR., residing in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie Count ,
Florida, being of sound mind and disposing memory, and considering
the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking all former Wills and Codicils by me at any time hereto-
- fore made.

It is my-will and I direct that all of my just debts, includin
the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses,- be paid prom-
ptly out of the principal of my estate.

- I hereby specifically devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,
ARLEEN COATS-, all of my personal effects and.any interest that I
may own at the time of my death to our marital home, including the

To my beloved wife, ARLESN COATS, that fractional share of my
estate as shall, when taken together with my money and property,
which she shall take by operation of law or by any other method th
hereunder, and which is includable in my gross estate for Federal
Estate Tax purposes, and which shall qualify for the Federal Estate
Tax marital deduction equal to 50$ of my adjusted gross estate as
that term is defined for Federal Estate Tax purposes, to the end
that the maximum marital deduction may be claimed for my estate, an
to the further end that no part of my estate shall pass to ARLEEN -
COATS which shall be in excess of the amount necessary to provide
said maximum marital-deduction for my estate. _
