I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate, both real; personal or mixed, of
whatsoever nature and kind, and wheresoever situated or located,
of which I may die seized or possessed, or over Mhidi i may have
a power of disposition, or any interest whatsoever, unto my beloved
son, TURNER COATS, JR., to be his absolutely and forever.

If my wife and I shall die simultaneously, or in circumstances

which make it difficult to determine which of us died first, I E
direct that my said beloved wife be deemed to predecease me for the
purpose of this Will,. and I direct further that the provisions of
this will-shall be construed upon that assumption, in which event
all my estate shall pass to TURNER COATS, JR.

In the event that my said wife shall predeceasei..me then, and
in that event I hereby give, bequeath and devise my entire estate
to my beloved son,:TURNER COATS, JR.

I hereby nominate, .constitute and appoint my beloved wife,
ARLEEN COATS and beloved son, TURNER COATS, JR., as co-executors of

this my Last Will and Testament, and expressly confer upon them the
power to administer my estate, and the power and authority to sell
and convey any Bart of mY estate, at public or private sale,-with
or without notice, and without the order of any Court as they may
t deem necessary, and T further expressly excuse them from the giving
of any bond or security for serving in said capacity.
