Township 35 South, Range 38 East; run east along the South right of way '
line of the above described State Road 68 from the intersection of the
South line of State Road 68 and the West line of the NW 1/4 of the SE
1/4 of Section 12, Township 35 South, Range 38 East; run Easterly along
the South right of way 1,000 feet to the Point of beginning: thence
continue Easterly on said South right of way line, N 89°42'02" E, a
distance of 302.57 feet to a point; thence run Southerly, S 00°25'50" E;
a distance of 935 feet to a point; thence run'Westerly on a line, _
S 89°42'02" W, a distance of 703.96 feet to a point; thence run Northerly
on a line, N 00°20'45" W, a distance of 460 feet to a point; thence run
Easterly on a line, N 89°42'02" E, a distance of 400 feet to a point; •
