When Purchaser shall have performed hereunder, the Seller will at its
expense furnish the Purchaser with an Abstract of Title to said land certtfted to data.
8. That time is of the essence of this contract; and all covenants herein
contained shall extend to and be obligatory upon the successors, heirs, personal repre-
sentatives and assigns of the Seller and Purchaser, respectively.
9. Payments not made within 10 days of duo date will incur a~$10.00 penalty.
10. THIS_ CONTRACT CANNOT BE ASSIGNED WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT OF AVON MANOR PARK,
INC.
