EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made the -16th Feb. 1979 , between -
the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIS COUNTY, a F or da Han nq Corporation,

WITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part executed
a certain promissory note dated Auq. is, 1977 , whereby
they promised to pay 'to the SUN BANIf OF ST. LUCIS COUNTY,~party

WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the
first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the '
following described premises, to-wit: -
Lots 5,6 and 7 Section 1, DRIFTWOOD MANOR SUBDIVISION, as recorded
in Plat book 18 page 6 of the Public-Records of St Lucie-Co., Fla.

AND WHEREAS, the said party of the first part is now the holder of said -
note and mortgage and the said-parties of the second part are now the
owners of the said mortgaged premises,
NOW THEREFORE, the said parties hereto, for themselves and their assigns,-
; hereby mutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid
balance of due on said note be,
and the same is ere y extended to be paid in the following manner:
$5,215.62 with interest after date at.the rate of 10 per cent per annum
due on the 16th day of Auq., 1979.
